Welcome to TrendMind.ai! These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of TrendMind.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

To use TrendMind.ai, you may need to create an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use our Services only as intended.
  • Not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform or content.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt functionality.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including financial regulations.

All content, trademarks, software, and designs provided through TrendMind.ai are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

TrendMind.ai provides AI-powered insights and tools for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.

  • Information provided does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made using our Services.
  • We are not liable for losses incurred based on insights or alerts provided.

If you integrate or connect third-party services (e.g., brokerages, wallets, or APIs):

  • You authorize us to access necessary data from those services.
  • We are not responsible for any issues or security breaches originating from those third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • We suspect fraudulent or harmful activity.
  • We discontinue certain Services with notice.

You may cancel your account anytime by contacting us.

  • We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from your use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrendMind.ai, its team, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israeli law.

14. Refund Policy

TrendMind offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at contact@trendmind.ai and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

For refund requests, email contact@trendmind.ai with your account email and we will process it within 3 business days.

 

15. Supply of the Service

TrendMind AI is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment: your account is upgraded automatically and paid features become available at once, through app.trendmind.ai and through our iOS and Android apps using the same account. A paid subscription runs for the billing period purchased and renews automatically until cancelled. If access is not available to you after a successful payment, contact us and we will restore it or refund the payment.

16. Our Responsibility

We are responsible for providing the service described on this site: continuous ingestion and AI analysis of public financial news, and the tools that present it. We are responsible for the availability of the service, the security of the account data we hold, the accuracy of the billing we charge you, and honouring the cancellation and refund policy in section 14.

We are not responsible for investment outcomes. TrendMind AI does not execute trades, does not hold or transfer client funds, does not manage accounts, and does not provide personalised investment advice. Market data and news come from third-party sources and AI-generated commentary can contain errors; decisions taken on the basis of anything published in the service remain yours.
